Record Viewer

Use the Record Viewer to view the records that are currently in a Segment. By default, all columns in the specified resolution table are displayed.

Record Viewer is available in Segment View, and also in Audience elements and If Branch elements within a Campaigns campaign.

Procedure

1. Click the Record Viewer icon next to the Segment you want to view.
2. Use the vertical scroll bar to scroll down to the rows. The scroll bar displays a tool tip showing you the row numbers.
3. If the Export button is visible, you can export the records to a spreadsheet (.xlsx format).
   • If the number of rows exported is greater than 10,000, the data is saved in .csv format
   • If the number of rows exported is less than 10,000, the data is saved in .xlsx format
4. You can sort the display by column. Click the sort icon and select the column you want to sort on from the drop-down list.
